Editorial standards
Our Editorial Policy
Kinetix Research publishes educational explanations of peptide science and analytical testing. This page describes the standards we intend our content to meet and the process we follow.
Last updated:
Topic selection
We choose topics that help readers understand peptide science, analytical methods and research documentation — typically common questions where clear, referenced explanations are useful. We avoid topics where we cannot identify adequate published evidence.
Scientific source selection
We prefer, in roughly this order:
- Peer-reviewed original research and systematic reviews.
- Official standards and regulatory guidance (for example ICH, USP, FDA, EMA).
- Authoritative reference works and established scientific databases.
We do not treat vendor marketing material, unreviewed blog content or anonymous forum posts as evidence.
Citation and reference verification
References are listed at the end of each article as plain links. Before publication we aim to confirm that each cited source exists, is correctly attributed, and supports the statement it is attached to. Readers who find a broken or mismatched citation can report it through our corrections process.
Original studies, reviews and commentary
We try to make clear whether a statement rests on an original study, a review that summarizes many studies, an official guideline, or expert commentary. We also distinguish laboratory (in vitro), animal, and human clinical findings, because results at one level do not automatically carry over to another.
Reporting conflicting evidence
Where published findings disagree or evidence is limited, we aim to say so plainly rather than present a single result as settled. We note important limitations such as small sample sizes, short study durations or the absence of human data.
Author attribution
Articles are attributed to the Kinetix Research Editorial Team. We do not list individual credentials, affiliations or expert reviewers unless that information is accurate and verifiable. Articles are not reviewed by an independent physician, scientist or laboratory unless explicitly stated on the article.
Commercial relationships and conflicts of interest
Kinetix Research is associated with Kinetix Peptides, a supplier of research peptides. We disclose this relationship so readers can weigh our content accordingly. Educational articles are written to explain science, not to promote specific products, and we do not accept payment for coverage of any topic or source.
Human editorial review and AI-assisted tools
We may use AI-assisted tools to help draft, summarize, or edit content and to generate illustrative feature images. AI output is not treated as a source. Content is reviewed by a person before publication, and factual claims are checked against the cited references. Feature images are illustrative and do not depict real experimental data.
Updates and corrections
We review articles when relevant new evidence or standards are published. When we make a substantive change, we update the article's displayed revision date. Confirmed material errors are corrected as described in our Corrections, Updates & Editorial Integrity policy. See also our scientific disclaimer.
